Dakota Cowhorse serves as a showcase for our horses for sale.

We choose our breeding stock, the prospects we buy, and consignments, based on their tried and true breeding. We've trained every one of them, and any horse that does not meet our high standard of quality is cut out and does not appear on this website. Our horses have exceptional minds and athleticism with a kind, quiet way of going, suitable for a variety of uses. Our prospects are trained well past "started" and are ready for, or competing at the next level. From the weekend trail rider to the performance horse competitor, we should have the horse you want. We are proud to stand behind these horses and offer them for sale.

If you’ve already found that special horse, we also take on a number of outside horses on a monthly basis. If you have one you want to put into training with showing in mind or just want to make into a nice horse with an outstanding handle, we have the experience it takes to help you out with that.
